Many thanks for this timely piece of advice!
With a job interview beckoning tomorrow it’s been very well received and has initiated a rethink.
Out the window goes:
– the cunning plan one had for their marketing strategy..unless asked for
– the use of possessives
– ones head buried in ones notes
In comes:
– listen, listen, listen, speak
– the 3 second rule
– body language & eye contact
Can it be mastered within an evening? We shall wait and see!
